Every person's story is unique, and so is their path forward. Lexi’s approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. She creates a space where you can feel heard without judgement, explore what matters most, and develop the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Meeting you where you are…

ADULTS

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Through individual therapy, I supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

Together, we will explore the patterns shaping your experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for change. This often includes a deeper psychotherapy-based exploration of long-standing patterns, past experiences, and relational dynamics that may be influencing how you feel and respond in the present.

My approach is warm, collaborative and direct - helping you build insight, strengthen resilience, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with your values and the life you want to create.

CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for children and adolescents in a warm, supportive space where they can feel safe, heard, and understood. Sessions are engaging, creative, and often fun, using approaches like drawing, storytelling, games, and play-based activities to help young people express themselves in natural, accessible ways. Many children and adolescents look forward to sessions as a positive space to explore what’s going on for them without pressure or judgement.

I’m experienced in working with resistance in therapy, meeting young people where they are and gently supporting engagement at their own pace, without force or pressure. I work closely with families and wider support systems to ensure a shared-care approach, supporting greater consistency across all environments.

The focus is on helping young people build emotional understanding, develop practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. Together, we will work on discovering strengths, building resilience, and finding their brave - so they can face difficult situations with greater confidence, self-belief, and trust in themselves.

PARENTING SUPPORT

Parenting can feel full of love, pressure, and moments of “I’m not sure what to do next.” I offer parenting support in a warm, collaborative space to help you feel more confident, supported, and connected in your relationship with your child.

Support may be helpful when navigating big behaviours, emotional outbursts, anxiety, school difficulties, sibling conflict, or when family life feels overwhelming or out of balance. It can also support you through transitions such as separation, blended families, or other significant changes.

Together, we will make sense of what’s happening beneath the behaviour and focus on practical, realistic strategies that work for your family. The aim is to reduce stress, strengthen connection, and help you respond to your child in ways that feel more effective and aligned with your values.
