ABOUT LEXI

Lexi is an integrative psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.

She offers a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace. Lexi is known for her genuine presence and ability to meet people where they are, helping clients make sense of what they’re going through without pressure or judgement.

Working from a trauma-informed and relational lens, Lexi supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and attachment difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, parenting concerns, low self-esteem, burnout, and major life transitions. Her focus is on both understanding the deeper patterns that shape how we feel and respond, as well as building practical, usable strategies for day-to-day life.

Her approach is pragmatic and down-to-earth, balancing insight-oriented work with a clear focus on what is helpful and workable in real life. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring her work to each individual, child, or family rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. These may include Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and EMDR.

Clients often seek support when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps, and are looking for clarity and a way forward. Therapy with Lexi offers space to slow things down, explore underlying experiences, and strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and emotional clarity - supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

Lexi holds a BA in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, and is a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor (Reg. No. 29261).
